Hi there!

I'm Kori and I have a deep love for the design process. From research to final product, I love every step of the journey on which each new project takes me.

Background

Through NC State’s unique Fashion and Textile Design program I learned technical design construction skills, textile technology and production, as well as various computer-aided design software.

I continued to learn and practice my design skills, interning with sock producer Interloop North America in 2017 and then at Kohl’s corporate headquarters on their Sonoma Kids Design Team in 2019.

After graduating from NC State in May of 2020, I worked on a number of projects including creating the first designs and prototypes for a new sustainable line of baby clothing and constructing a technical garment for a protective workwear design competition, in which I was a top finalist.

In January of 2022, I took a job as an Adobe Visual Design instructor at a Raleigh High School. I have always loved the intersection of design and technology and I have found sharing my knowledge of graphic design very rewarding.
